Born and bred in Sydney, Leslee Hall moved to a small country town called Manilla near Tamworth after she married in 1988.
It was then, when Leslee became determined to pursue a career as a professional property manager, but it wasn’t easy to get a walk up start. Leslee had to work her way through the ranks, starting as a receptionist at a Tamworth franchise, then moving to sales administration and finally her career role as a property manager in a department overseeing some 1, 200 properties, including residential, commercial and industrial.
In 2002 Leslee and her family moved to the Gold Coast for a sea change and a better education for her two boys. Leslee was immediately employed as office manager for a Broadbeach Agency, before jumping at the opportunity to return to property management as a Senior Manager with the First National Group, firstly at Mermaid Beach and then the Nerang team in 2007.
Having a worked in every aspect of agency practice for almost two decades, Leslie has a unique empathy and depth of experience that few property managers can offer. As a professional and specialist in her real estate field, she is passionate about her client’s best interests. She treats each property as if it was her own and strives to maintain her work motto, “there is no compromise to exceptional service”.
Exceptional property managers also understand the importance of ongoing professional development. Leslee is renowned for seizing every opportunity to sharpen her skills and keep up to date with the latest technology, information and the myriad of property management laws and regulations.
